Kavinace Side Effects

Kavinace Side Effects

The side effects of Kavinace are very few and far between. Since there isn't a lot of research on the side effects of kavinace, I'll delve into some of the research for the side effects of GABA supplements, since Kavinace is a GABA supplement.  It's been shown that using GABA supplements can result in an itchy feeling around the back of the neck and around the eyes and the mouth.  This sensation was usually noted right after taking GABA supplements.  Tachycardia (fast heart beat) has been reported in several patient's, but has not been shown in clinical research trials for GABA supplement takers.  Also noted is rapid inhalation and exhalation.  Some people report that they have decreased respiration activity.  The effects vary person to person and it is not well documented in the medical literature.

Because GABA supplements are not regulated by the FDA, it is very important to only use high quality products.  These products should be made by manufacturer's that have cGMP stamps of approval.  Some lower quality GABA supplements have been shown to cause seizures and other possible ill effects.
Some of the known effects of GABA are drowsiness.  It is a natural sleep aid supplement, so that kind of goes without saying.  That being said, you should take Kavinace before bed to ensure that it provides you with the proper GABA levels to ensure a quality night's rest.
